The third International Conference “Offshore Drilling Equipment” (NEFTEGZSHELF -2008) will take place on December 4 in Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel (Moscow). Annual event gathers representatives of leading Russian and foreign oil and gas companies, state agencies and equipment manufacturer’s. This conference will create an opportunity for Russian production facilities to expand their participation in implementing large-scale offshore projects. The event will define the main requirements for manufactured equipment and its suppliers. The world’ major companies will share their experience in the development of large oil and gas fields and offshore project development plans.

The participants of NEFTEGAZSHELF -2008 is going to discuss recommendations designed for executive and legislative authorities and share their experience about working with Contractors.

The conference NEFTEGAZSHELF -2008 will be attended by Yuri Shamalov, General Director of “Gazflot”, Rudolf Ter-Sarkisov, Deputy Director of “Sevmorneftegz”, “LUKOIL”, “Rosneft”, Total, Statoil Hidro representatives and other oil companies.

The event will be attended by the regional administrators’ representatives and federal authorities (Minenergo, Rostekhnadzor, Rostekhregulirovaniye) as well as by Company managers involved in the development and manufacture of high-tech industrial products.

The meeting between the offshore project Operators, designers and suppliers of the equipment will expand the delivery of industrial products to the new markets. The conference “NEFTEGAZSHELF-2008 will help to build the transparent and open markets for Contract offshore works in the Russian Federation.
