Annual Conference “Oil and Gas Human Resources (NEFTEGAZKADRY) The annual Conference “Oil and gas Human Resources” took place on November 18 in Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel (Moscow). The main issue was how to tackle the financial crisis without any significant losses. The participants discussed the problem of human resources’ optimization, attraction of young specialists and drawbacks in staff policy due to this prevailing situation.

Staff offices of the leading oil and gas companies as well as the heads of recruitment agencies, consulting services and state agencies shared their experience in implementation of personnel management system. The agenda focused on social responsibility and social policy of companies, development of leadership practices and talent management, professional rules and corporate ethics. During the conference “Aktion –DIGITAL” company held the master classes for further attraction of leading specialists such as “Dismissal without problems: legal aspects and common errors of the employer”, “Additional leaves for oil and gas employees”, “Labor regulation peculiarities of employees operating in Extreme North regions”, “Provision of employees with safety clothes” and “Occupational safety management program”.

The Conference “NEFTEGAZKADRY-2008” is the meeting point for the staff offices from Russian oil and gas companies and specialists from HR services. The agenda of the informal meeting included tricky questions on how to find experienced employees and implement an effective HR policy. The conference was attended by the top oil and gas companies of Russia such as: “Gazprom”, ”Rosneft”, “Tatneft”, “Lukoil Overseas Service”, “Integra Management”, government agencies: Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations”, FMS of Russia, including trade unions and pension funds. It was decided that the conference “NEFTEGAZKADRY” will be held annually.
