Irkutsk-based company Enerpred designed and manufactured  cylinders for four drilling rigs  “Yekaterina” to be used by OJSC “Gazprom” in Yamal peninsula. According to Gazprom’s specialists, the drilling rig is Russia’s most advanced  equipment. Headed by the prominent businessman Vitaly Tkachev,  Uralmash-VNIIBT  makes the best use of solutions offered by Russian designers.  Uralmash-VNIIBT Group prides itself on its design office that is the strongest in the segment and that created sophisticated equipment such as Yekaterina  rig and cementing systems. Designers of Uralmash-VNIIBT actively employ solutions developed by professionals from other regions of Russia including Irkutsk.
