The regular meeting of the board of directors of OJSC “Gazprom” will be convened on September 30, 1 p.m. The meeting participants will discuss the following issues:
- The program of integrated development of land and offshore fields of Yamal peninsula;
- Participation of OJSC “Gazprom” in development of the Far East energy sector;
- The principles of the operation of OJSC “Gazprom” in the oil and gas market of the Central Asia;
- The status of the consolidated debt of OJSC “Gazprom” and liability management;
- The activities of OJSC “Gazprom” in the sphere of oil and gas exploration and production outside Russia and CIS;
- Improvement of the procurement system of OJSC “Gazprom”;
- Participation of OJSC “Gazprom” in the preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi;
- The results of the management incentive program in OJSC “Gazprom”.
