Kostroma region governor: Integra’s executives do meet their commitments

Stromneftemash company  (member of Integra Group) has signed a cooperation agreement with the

Kostroma region government. Under the agreement, Stromneftemash will provide assistance to the

Kostroma region’s  educational institutions in training of technical specialists  and their employment. Additionally, Stromneftemash will invest in road infrastructure development.  In turn, the

Kostroma region administration will help the company to solve operational and social problems.  Integra’s vice president Vitaly Tkachev offered the following comments on the agreement, “One of our three production sites is located in

Kostroma region  -  Stromneftemash. Traditionally, we pay great attention to manufacturing of cementing equipment and special machinery in

Kostroma. Investment figures speak for themselves.  Integra Group has invested a total of approximately 700 million rubles in renovation of the

Kostroma facility, including   136,8 million rubles invested in 2007. Consideration for the social aspect of our business, for the needs of the region where we operate is part of our strategy that we will follow in future. We are grateful to the Kostroma region government for their support at the startup  when we were reviving the

Kostroma plant, and we highly appreciate their trust in us”. The

Kostroma region governor, Igor Slyunyaev said, “Integra Group that owns Stromneftemash has proved its worth as a company of high social responsibility. Integra acquired Stromneftemash in 2006 when the plant was totally ruined.  The company was pulled out of bankruptcy over the two years, production was resumed, and last year  the plant presented its new generation cementing system. Tax payments to the region’s budget grew and employment increased. Integra’s executives do meet their commitments. So, we plan to further support the company in other of its good deeds”.
