Pipe Bends Plant has conducted the official opening of its personnel review center. According to the integrated program of oil and gas industry personnel training that was launched by Rimera,  Pipe Bends Plant opened the personnel review center responsible for workmen training.  
The mission of the center is to hold automatic welding practice and theory exams  and assess the level of workmen’s compliance with the Rules for Qualification Tests of Welders and Welding Production Specialists and additional requirements of OJSC “AK “Transneft” and OJSC “Gazprom”. According to the Federal Service of Environmental, Technological and Atomic Supervision, the annual tests are mandatory for welders working in subordinate enterprises.  The qualification tests are available for personnel of Rimera and outside companies.
The personnel review center has all welding and auxiliary equipment that is  allowed to be used in facilities of OJSC “AK “Transneft” and OJSC “Gazprom”.  
The integrated program of workmen training was launched in line with Rimera’s strategy to    offer custom oilfield services solutions to the oil and gas sector. The personnel review center was opened as the first step in implementation of the program. 
According to Rimera’s general director, Vladimir Khristenko, “personnel training in the oil and gas industry is vital to overcome personnel shortage and improve the quality of services provided to oil and gas producing companies.
