The  meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors of OJSC “Gazprom” was convened today following the annual shareholders’ meeting.   

 

At the meeting, first deputy chairman of the RF Government, Viktor Zubkov, was elected chairman of the board of OJSC “Gazprom”. The managing board chairman, Alexey Miller, is the company’s new deputy chairman of the board of directors.
