The board of directors of Gazprombank was reelected at the general meeting of shareholders on June 24.  Until recently, the number of board members was 11, but now it has been increased to 12. In Gazprombank’s board of directors, OJSC “Gazprom”  is represented by managing board chairman Alexey Miller; deputy chairmen of the board Elena Vasilieva, Andrey Kruglov and Mikhail Sereda; member of the board and head of the Property Management and Corporate Relations Department, Olga Pavlova. The non-government pension fund “Gazfond”  is represented by chairman of the managing board of Gazprombank, Andrey Akimov; president of NPF “Gazfond”, Yury Shamalov;   general director of CJSC “Lider”, Anatoly Gavrilenko; chairman of the managing board of OJSC “SOGAZ”, Vadim Yanov; general director of OJSC “Gazprom-Media”, Nikolay Senkevich.    

LLC “New Financial Technologies” is represented by deputy chairman of Gazprombank’s managing board, Ilya Eliseev, and general director of LLC “Baltic Liquefied Gas”, Alexander Krasnenkov.
