The service provider and manufacturer Integra-Mash-Servis has offered a packaged solution designed in response to drilling companies’ demand for drilling equipment failure prevention in remote areas.  The solution includes nondestructive testing of support frames, rotary group vibration diagnostics,  and quality control of rig driving mechanisms installation.  
Drilling usually becomes more complicated in remote areas due to the lack of required repair and logistics infrastructure. This calls for enhanced reliability of drilling rig components and systems. The package of preventive measures will help to reduce the risk of drilling equipment failure, and avoid long downtime.

The service provider and manufacturer LLC “Integra-Mash-Servis” was founded in 2007 as a result of reorganization of service divisions of Russia’s major drilling rig manufacturer CJSC “Uralmash-Burovoye Oborudovanie”. The company provides services such as modernization, testing, overhaul and maintenance of drilling rigs and equipment including foreign-made equipment (top drives and drilling tongs).
