At  the opening of the conference “NEFTEGAZSNAB-2008” in Radisson Slavyanskaya on March 11 all  participants will get a copy of the new book “Oil and Gas Industry Supply Chain”.  This full-color book printed on art paper contains more than 200 pages of interesting presentations  providing detailed description of procurement and logistics systems of OJSC “Gazprom” and Russian oil companies. Additionally, the book offers information on interaction between oil and gas equipment manufacturers and their customers,  and a presentation by the St.Petersburg writer and the author of the bestseller “Commercial Purchases. Outward Glance” Ekaterina Burdaeva,  that is dedicated to procurement problems faced by Russian oil and gas producers.  

 

In addition to the book, each participant in NEFTEGAZSNAB-2008 will be presented with a geographic map of the Russian Federation that is more than one meter in size.     The map contains information on major manufacturers of oil and gas equipment, pipes, protective clothes, transport and other resources for the oil and gas industry. The map “Oil and Gas Industry Suppliers-2008” has already been ordered by divisions of Gazprom, Rosneft, LUKOIL, TNK-BP, Tatneft, Bashneft and oilfield services companies, both local and international, who want to have full information about Russian suppliers. Head of the project “Moscow Oil and Gas Conferences” Elena Loginova said that a second edition of the catalogue of oil and gas industry valves and fittings has been printed for NEFTEGAZSNAB-2008.  According to Loginova, the company has come a long way to achieve the high level of conference organization, “We have done a lot of work to make our conferences both useful and pleasant.
