OJSC “ChTPZ Group” has taken control over Russia’s major oil-well pump manufacturing company OJSC “ALNAS” (Republic of Tatarstan). The plan is to integrate OJSC “ALNAS” into the service division of OJSC “ChTPZ Group” this year. Shareholders of OJSC “ALNAS” have elected the company’s new board of directors that includes representatives of ChTPZ Group and members of the Tatarstan government. Alexander Fedorov has been elected chairman of the board of directors of OJSC “ChTPZ Group”. Main products of OJSC “ALNAS” that is one of the leaders of the Russian oilfield equipment industry include electrical submersible pumping systems, pressure maintenance pumps, various surface equipment such as control systems. ALNAS products are supplied to leading oil producers of Russia: TNK-BP, LUKOIL, Rosneft, Surgutneftegaz, Tatneft, Gazpromneft, Slavneft, etc., to companies in Ukraine, Baltic states, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Byelorussia, India, Oman, Iraq, Iran, Syria, and other countries.
