Uralmash-Burovoye Oborudovanie is the growth leader of the oil and gas equipment industry of the Russian Federation. In 2005-2006, gain in production in the company reached 400%. In 2006-2007 it was 100%, and the 2008 forecast is 180%. This gain in production followed the company’s consolidation with Integra Group that provided the company with financial resources and arranged large orders from the oil and gas industry. Experts attribute the success of Uralmash-Burovoye Oborudovanie to the vigorous efforts of the company’s management team led by Integra’s vice-president for manufacturing Vitaly Tkachev.

Vice-president of Integra Group Vitaly Tkachev was born on November 6, 1958 in the city of Magadan. In 1981, he graduated from the Kiev State Institute of Civil Aviation, in 2002 — from the Gubkin University of Oil and Gas with a degree in mechanical engineering and oil and gas business. During 1981-92 he worked as mechanic, foreman, chief mechanic. Tkachev has been awarded the Honorary Oilman title. Member of the Council of the Association of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturers. Tkachev served as general director of Orenburgneft, and first vice-president of Tyumen Oil Company. Vitaly Tkachev successfully modernized Orsk Refinery and improved efficiency of Ryazan Refinery. Mr.Tkachev has a good understanding of the Russian oil market and insight into the industry problems.
