First deputy general director of CJSC “Sevmorneftegaz” Rudolf Ter-Sarkisov, general director of LLC “VNIIGAZ” Roman Samsonov and deputy general director of LLC “Gazkomplektimpeks” Alexander Karagodov will present at the second international conference “Offshore Drilling Equipment” (NEFTEGAZSHELF-2007) that will be held in Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel on December 7. Participants of the conference will have an opportunity to hear presentations by director of StatoilHydro Russia Per Kjaernes, head of offshore oil and gas assets of LUKOIL Konstantin Muradov, Shtokman project manager of Total (France) Erve Modeo, and to talk to these and other prominent speakers.

The conference “NEFTEGAZSHELF-2007” will bring together Russian and international companies that will share their experience in major offshore oil and gas projects, and will be able to establish new business ties. Russian and overseas participants will focus on contractor management practices in large projects. Offshore oil and gas field development is one of the priorities for Russia, especially now that major Barents Sea projects have been launched. Due to certain lack experience, Russian companies tend to adopt international practice. The goal of the conference is to promote exchange of experience and development of business relations in this sphere.
