OJSC “SIBUR Holding” has announced an open one-stage tender without preliminary qualification for a contract to supply pipeline valves and fittings. The products are to be shipped to addresses of subsidiaries of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” prior to April 30, 2008. The deadline for bid submission to the Tender Committee is December 17, 2007, and bid envelopes will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tender Committee members on the same day, at 3 p.m. Bidders’ representatives are allowed to attend the procedure if they wish.
