Russian President Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the Parliament of the

Kabardino-Balkarian

Republic  the candidacy of Arsen Kkanokov for the post of President of Kabardino-Balkaria, the Kremlin press-service reported.

It will be recalled that the United Russia party proposed three candidates for the presidency of the

Kabardino-Balkarian

Republic, namely, incumbent President Arsen Kanokov, chairman of the KBR Government Alexander Merkulov, and chairman of the KBR Parliament Anuar Chechenov.
