On March 16, David Simon of ExxonMobil will present his paper titled, Russian Content Procurement Process Overview, that will focus on western procurement practices


At the Fifth Annual Conference, “Oil and Gas Industry Supply Chain” NEFTEGAZSNAB-2010, that will be held on March 16, David Simon, Russian content manager of Exxon Neftegas Limited, will present a paper, “Russian Content Procurement Process Overview".

Mr. David F. Simon is Russian Content Manager for the Sakhalin-1 Project. In this role, he is responsible for managing the procurement interface with the Joint Committee on Russian Content, a specialized working group of the Authorized State Body and Sakhalin-1 Project Operator Exxon Neftegas Limited (ENL), responsible for monitoring Sakhalin-1 procurement activities. He is also lead procurement liaison to the Sakhalin-1 Consortium, which includes ENL, ONGC Videsh Limited (India), SODECO (Japan) and Rosneft affiliates, RN-Astra and SMNG (Russia).
 
Mr. Simon has over 30 years of experience at ExxonMobil, including assignments in Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Sales and Technology Licensing with ExxonMobil Chemical, and Project Procurement Advisor in his current role with ExxonMobil Global Services Company based in Houston, Texas USA.
