According to the order of the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry, the company created packaged transformer substations (KTPB – 220,110,35 kV). Since early 70-ties, these products were supplied to all producing field of USSR. Over the past 20 years, the company has supplied all products in the range to the majority of oil and gas producing companies of Russia and CIS.

Packaged transformer substations (KTPB)
KTP SESh® B(M) - 220/110/35/10(6) kV.
Practically all types of new electrical equipment can be used for the purposes of project planning and KTPB manufacturing.
Enclosed type KTPB allows switchgears to operate in severe conditions.
To meet customers’ needs, the substations can be manufactured on the basis of nonstandard schemes.
The company meets tight commissioning schedule and supplies complete equipment (including entry portals, substation enclosures, protective clothes, etc.).

KTP SESh 10(6)/0,4 kV from 25 to 2500 kV
The substations use electromechanical and electrical lockout devices.
Doors of KTPK substation have rubber seals for better protection of equipment ÿ (IP 34).
Busbars of main circuits are precoated and painted, phases are color-marked.
Points of contacts are tinplated.
Double corrosion-protection coating (galvanization and enamel), and extra polymer coating.
KTP has the required protection from atmospheric overvoltage and switch surge, interphase short circuit in 0,4 kV lines.
High operational compatibility allows to mount and dismount the substation in new sites.

Vacuum switch VVU SESh-10
The equipment features design flexibility – electromagnetic and spring motor drive.
The switch can be turned on manually in case of power supply failure (only spring-motor switch).
Resistance to voltage drops when the switch brakes short circuit.
Simple design.
High reliability.
The equipment is easily built in various types of KSO and KRU.
Long commutation life.
VVU-SESH-10 uses natural convection for better heat removal. There is no need for a heat removal radiators in the switch with rated current of 1000 A, which makes the equipment less expensive and more reliable.
The switch has contact pressing mechanism that does not require additional adjustment during the service life (even in case of contact wear).
The switch has a counter of on/off cycles.
On/off indicator, spring drive on/offå.
The circuit breaker configuration can include different positions of poles: ordinary, frontal, in line, on different levels, etc.
Breaker mechanism has built-in trips.
All types of switches use the same construct, electromagnetic and spring-motor drive switches have the same connection sizes, switches with rated current of 1000A, 1600A and rated breaking currents of 20 kA, 31,5 kA have the same dimensions.

Disconnectors RLND SESh10
Rotating disconnector column is installed on the sliding bearing to allow 90 degrees rotation of columns.
The bearing and unreleasable contact of the fixed column are protected against moisture with special guard.
Contact pressure in releasable contact is created by flat springs.
The contact of the movable column is connected to the input pad with a flexible link.
The product is complete with two grounding shafts.

RV(Z) SESh10
The product has mechanical blocking of grounding blade when the switch is on.
Mechanical resource to first overhaul is no less than 6000 cycles within 15 years of service, the period of storage in conservation is 2 years.

RGP SESh35
Main blades of RGP SESh are made of beryllium bronze and have special configuration.
The contact adjustment ensures good electrical contact throughout the service life.
One of the columns is made fixed, which allows to reduce the number of cinematic connections and increase the reliability.
The contact operate well in severe icing conditions.

RGP SESH-110
Contact bars are made of beryllium bronze and do not require adjustment of contact pressure throughout the service life.
The switch blade has a contact at the end that is formed by bending of two parallel buses and protected by housing against icing.
Contacts of the ground lead are made of two pairs of beryllium bronze lamels.
All sliding surfaces are coated with galvanic silver, and fixed ones – with tin.

Power transformers TM, TMG, TMPN, TMPNG SESh
Transformers are manufactured using state of the art equipment and advanced technologies:
Cores lamination by STEP-LAP five-stage method.
Vacuum oil filling.
Winding is manufactured of band copper and aluminum with cooling passages and interlayer insulation KREMPEL.
Corrugated tank with powder coating.

Current leads and busducts 0,4 – 35 kV
The products have a number of advantages over other similar products:
The wires are fixed on engineering structures with the help of common clamps that can be located anywhere along the length of the wire. This allows to prevent internal stress in current leads and supports, and facilitate installation of the product.
Compared to similar products supplied to the Russian market, the company’s current leads are made using state of the art equipment. This ensures superior quality of the product from surface finish to weld seams.
The company’s engineering service employs highly qualified specialists, who can develop technical specifications (perform engineering work) without assistance of a research institute, and hold all required licenses. The chef designer of current leads has a permit for designing of products for nuclear power industry.

The price of metal-clad switchgears manufactured by CJSC “Group of Companies “Elektroshchit” – TM Samara” containing the company’s built-in equipment (vacuum switches VVU SESh, current transformers TOL-10, power transformers TM(G) are 10-15% lower.

Certification audit via the facultative certification system “Transsert” was held to confirm compliance with MS ISO 9001-2000, and 2nd level certificate ¹1699.1166/2 was issued.

The company runs a service division to perform installation supervision and troubleshooting.
The warranty period is three years form the date of commissioning but no more than 3,5 years from the date of shipment.
