• CIS’ widest range of chemical pumps
• TH-type pumps for chemically aggressive abrasive fluids, capacity of up to 1000m³, delivery head of up to 80 meters.
• Pumps H250-200-500, 1H200-150-500, 2H200-150-500, capacity Q=500 m³/hour H=80 meters.
• THI-VP type pumps, capacity of up to 1000m³, delivery head of up to 50 meters, are semisubmersible electric pumping units with bridge bearing units for submersion depth of up to 1000 mm of the following standard sizes (capacity/head): 8/40, 45/31, 50/50, 90/49, 160/29, 160/15, 250/40, 500/20, 1000/10. The fluid end is made of steel 12h18n9tl, 12h18n13m3tl, 06hn28mdt (EI-943). Simple design without immersed support, with premium quality imported bearing allows to increase time between scheduled maintenance, does not require air and oil seal for bearing protection and increases reliability. Automatic lubrication systems (manufactured by SKF, Sweden) can be used in these pumping units.
To fit the customers’ needs, the company works to increase immersion depth to 1500-1800 mm for the electric pumping units. Similar pumps of LCC-type (Friatec Reinhutte).
• Custom modernization of products for better reliability, repairability, and reduced costs.
• Spare parts price is 15-30% lower compared to other manufacturers, for the company believes that buyers should have the right of choice – to buy a new pump or repair the old one.
• Manufacturing of nonstandard pumping equipment: heating, nonstandard depths, double spiral housing, new fluid end materials.
• Manufacturing of spare parts for imported pumping equipment (Ensival-Moret, Friatec Reinhutte, etc.)
