11. Company history and overview of business
RosInter is located in the city of Cherepovets that is the industrial center of North-West Russia. The company commenced operations on 20 September 2000.
The company’s focus is on the pumping equipment and castings:
- centrifugal horizontal pumps;
- monoblock pumps;
- vertical submersible and semisubmersible pumps;
- spares;
- stainless castings - fittings, taps, etc.;
- nonferrous castings – bushes, buses, etc.
RosInter’s customers include the companies operating in the following industries:
- chemical industry and petroleum chemistry;
- metallurgy;
- fuel and energy industry;
- pulp and paper industry;
- housing and utilities;
- agriculture;
and other sectors.
RosInter-branded pumps are reliable, efficient, easy to operate and have long warranty period. In terms of performance and design the pumps successfully compete with leading domestic and foreign-made products, and they outperform the competitors in terms of price-quality ratio.
The company employs highly qualified engineering personnel and skilled labor force and has process and testing equipment and production floor that allow to design, improve and manufacture products that meet modern customer requirements and quality standards.
The goal of RosInter is to offer superior product quality, to ensure compliance with standards and requirements, to suit all requirements of customers including delivery deadlines.
RosInter is a regular participant of the international exhibition “Pumps-Compressors-Valves” PCV EXPO-2004-2007.

12. Production equipment and facilities. Grounds for possession: ownership, leasehold, etc.
Foundry shop – total floor space of 2500 square meters in the territory of OAO “Severstal-Metiz” rented till 2012:
The company offers ferrous, nonferrous and stainless steel castings. Casting processes include sand casting, alphaset process on FTL equipment (Great Britain), chilling, investment casting. Colorimetric method, ultrasonic tests, spectral analysis are used for quality control. Melting is done in induction furnaces IST-0,16 (2 furnaces), IST-1,0 (modernization process is close to completion). In-house pattern-making capabilities allow to reduce castings production time. The plant and equipment are owned by the company, except for production floor. Main products include pump castings, pipeline valve castings. Casting capacity will increase to reach 1500 tons per years after new induction furnaces are commissioned in January-February 2008.
Assembly workshops of more than 1000 square meters are rented (state-owned).
The machine tool fleet includes more than 50 units, of which 9 are heavy metalworking machines. Plant and equipment is owned by the company, except for production floor.

The company performs custom modernization of pumping equipment, supplies automatic lubrication systems, reinforced bearings, submersible pumps modernized for nonstandard depths.
The 2007 plan includes batch production of water-packed ring vacuum pumps VVN1-25, VVN2-50 (production is about to be launched). The 2008 plan provides fro batch production of pumps DH650-90, equipment of the products with hydrodynamic seals, modernization of THI-type pumps design (double-spiral housings) for depths of up to 1700 mm, development of new standard sizes of spring-type and semisubmersible pumps based on existing hydraulic blocks, unification of support stands of submersible and semisubmersible pumps that allows to expand the product range. It is planned to launch manufacturing of soil pumps in 2008-2009.
13. Branches and representations
The plan is to set up prior to the end of 2007 Trading House LLC “RosInter” in Moscow. The registration procedure is underway. The company’s focus will be on pump equipment, valves and fittings, end seals, pipeline elements.
14. Certified quality and HSE management systems (certification date and certification body)
Quality System Management certification to GOST R ISO 9001:2001 is to be completed by mid-2008.
