11. Company history and overview of business
Closed Joint Stock Company “Avtomatika” was established in November 1991 in the city of Vladimir by a team of specialists with long-years experience in analytical instrumentation manufacturing and chemical engineering processes automation.
CJSC “NPP currently manufactures instrumentation and automation equipment for all industries including chemistry, oil processing, gas industry, metallurgy, food industry and heat power industry. The company supplies equipment measuring temperature, pressure, level, dosing devices, digital recording devices, öèôðîâûå ðåãèñòðàòîðû, electric signal control devices, equipment for analytical control of fluids.
The company also manufactures manually, pneumatically and electrically operated shut off and control ball valves.
The company employs qualified personnel: there are four Ph. Doctors, more than 40% of the staff have a higher education. Design and engineering divisions handle development of new advanced products.
Excellent performance of CJSC “NPP “Avtomatika” more than once earned the company “Best Vladimir Region Company” award.
The RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry included CJSC “NPP “Avtomatika” in the non-state register of Russian companies whose financial and economic performance allows to consider them reliable in the Russian Federation and overseas (Certificate ¹ 00071-171).
For achievements in analytical instrumentation designing and manufacturing CJSC “NPP “Avtomatika” was awarded with two gold medals of the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with certificates “High Quality. New Millennium”.
The company has established partnership with manufacturers from Italy, Taiwan and Czech Republic.
The company’s products are exported to CIS countries including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia.
