Control valve “Kamflex”
- All-purpose rotating segmental valve with eccentric plunger that incorporates advantages of lifting control valves. It can operate in aggressive media that contain impurities, and in coking and low-temperature media.
- Elastic connecting legs of the plunger allow it to be self-installed in the seat.
- Wide range of materials: carbon and stainless steels, special steels and alloys.
- Valve “Kamfleks” can be used as a shutoff valve with integrity class A, as per GOST.
- Absence of body-cap connection and availability of a rotating spindle help reduce leaks.
- Due to the small size of the power unit the valve can be installed both horizontally and vertically, which provides for 8 possible options for power unit installation on the valve.
- The valve does not need to be removed from the pipeline to change to “Normally open” or “normally closed”.
- Kamfleks valve has a bright color position indicator that is visible from afar.
- Valves are supplied complete with attachments.
Microflow valve “Varipak”
- Unique wide range of control 1:500.
- Standard body of stainless steel.
- Working parts of the drive are fully protected with housing.
- Valve capacity can be changed on the spot by drive adjustment.
- Pneumatic positioner is built in the drive.
- NO/NC change on the spot
- The valve can be made of various special materials for operation in aggressive media.
Level transmitter (controller) CDU – 01 series 12300
- Easy calibration and adjustment, high performance.
- The equipment can be used as level transmitter and controller able to send signals to control valve for automatic regulation of liquid level.
- Two-wire device does not require additional power supply.
- Environment changes do not affect calibration.
- Level transmitter CDU-01 can measure the level of liquids during fluid separation (water/oil, etc.).
- Equipment is checked to fit the customers’ specifications. Time between checks is 4 years.
- In 2004, level transmitters CDU – 01 series 12300 were successfully tested in the metrological center of OJSC “Gazprom” under environment temperature of – 60ºÑ.
