11. Company history and overview of business
Research and Engineering Center “INCOMSYSTEM” was founded in 1991 on the basis of Kazan Research and Manufacturing Company “Neftepromavtomatika”.
Core activities of INCOMSYSTEM:
-system integration;
-design, development, delivery and commissioning of automated control systems and emergency protection systems (ÀÑÓÒÏ è ÏÀÇ);
-design, development, delivery and commissioning of automated fire fighting systems and gas control systems;
-design, development, delivery and commissioning of lease automatic custody control;
-delivery of automatic ignition systems for flare units, furnaces and boilers;
-delivery of instrumentation and automation equipment.
Center has all required licenses for commissioning and startup operations, designing and manufacturing of equipment.
The quality management system of INCNOMSYSTEM is certified to comply MS ISO 9001:2000 via RS certification system and international certification system IQNet.
INCOMSYSTEM’s operation is based on the following principles:
-utilization of state of the art technologies and tools;
-utilization of software and hardware tools by leading manufacturers;
-provision of full range of services – from designing to turnkey delivery.
The Center has experience of cooperation with the world’s leading companies such as EMERSON Process Management (USA), Yokogawa Electric (Japan), Endress+Hauser (Germany), Siemens (Germany), General Electric (USA), FMC Energy Systems (USA), Jiskoot Autocontrol (UK), Control Microsystems (Canada), Artvik Inc. (USA), Krohne, Rockwell, etc.
INICOMSYSTEM developed Gazpro’s regulatory document “Principal provisions on automation, telemechanization and information management systems of gas processing plants” and comprehensive programs of information management system development for “Yamburggazdobycha” and “Orenburggazprom”.
