    Company history and overview of business

    OJSC NPO “Promavtomatika” (Krasnodar branch of VNIIKANEFTEGAZ, further referred to as SPKB “Promavtomatika”, and Pilot Plant “Promavtomatika”) commenced operations in the oil and gas industry more than 40 years ago. The main focus is on designing, manufacturing and selling automatic control systems of various types, special automation equipment, pipeline valves and fittings for oil and gas industry. In 2002, SPKB “Promavtomatika” and Plant “Promavtomatika” were merged into OJSC “NPO “Promavtomatika”. The company’s vast experience in automatic control systems development, research and development capabilities, manufacturing of automatic equipment, local automatic control systems for auxiliary facilities, a wide range of control devices that showed high performance in severe environment, testing and delivery of control systems and software allow to develop engineering solutions to suit the needs of the oil and gas industry.
