Engineering Consulting Center “Promtekhbezopasnost” ranks among these organizations.
LLC “Engineering Consulting Center “Promtekhbezopasnost” was set up in March 1998. It focuses on research and development, expert services, design and engineering work aimed to ensure industrial, fire, environment, radiation safety, development of HSE management systems, protection of people and facilities in emergencies. The above activities include 115 types of operations.
The company’s team of 350 highly qualified specialists includes 60 experts and 30 doctors and candidates of science. Since March 1998, the company has performed more than 8500 engineering, expert, design and research projects in Russian Federation.
According to Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Atomic Supervision, Engineering Consulting Center “Promtekhbezopasnost” ranks among top ten expert organizations of Russia in the field of industry safety declaration.

ECC “Promtekhbezopasnost” is a member of Russian Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, Association of Experts of Extra Hazardous Industrial Facilities”, Russian Union of Oil and Gas Producers, Russian Scientific Society of Risk Analysis, the founder of Health and Safety Association, the company is accredited as a scientific organization in the RF Ministry of Education and Science.
As a panel of experts, ECC “Promtekhbezopasnost” is involved in activities of five scientific societies on risk analysis and technical diagnostics both in Russia and abroad.
