11. Company history and overview of business
LLC “Ozersky Factory of Power Plants” specializes in designing, manufacturing and selling packaged power plant equipment for oil and gas industry and energy industry. The company offers finished products that undergo comprehensive factory tests.
The state of the art equipment that meets modern requirements is designs and manufactured in cooperation with Neftegazproekt Institute (general director Dr. N.A. Malyushin), research institutes “Giprotyumenneftegaz”, “Tyumengiproprivod”, “Neftegazproekt”, “Giprovostokneft”, “Giprotruboprovod”. The company works in close cooperation with FGUP “Mayak”, LLC “Promkhimapparat”, LLC “Tavrida Elektrik Ural”, FGUP “Kontakt”.
LLC “OZEU” is a strategic partner of “SCHNEIDER ĹLECTRIC”, France. The electric equipment is manufactured of both foreign-made (LEGRAND, ABB, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC HOFFMAN SCHROFF,etc.) and domestic components. Cooperation with “SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC” will allow the company to get accreditation for fabrication of “Prizma-P” units, and build the first international quality standards assembly line in Ural and Siberia.
The company performs metal sheet cutting using Japan-made metal processing equipment “Monograf” and sheet bending plants “NASO” (Belgium). This helps achieve premium quality of products, reduce costs and delivery time.
LLC “Ozersky Factory of Power Plants” is a member of Association of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturers.
The company offers superior quality, high performance, service maintenance and warranty. The list of customers includes such flagships of the Russian market as “TD LUKOIL”, “Balttransnefteproduct”, “Transneft”, etc.), and new market players.
