High pressure pumps CNS 180, CNS240 for formation pressure maintenance systems (JSC “Sumsky Plant “Nasosenergomash”, SMPO of M.V. Frunze):
-the pumps constitute the major part of the formation pressure maintenance pump fleet in Russia;
-custom design and configuration;
-vertical and horizontal pump tube;
-visual inspection and automatic control of wear of the hydraulic balancing device relief unit;
-various types of pump lubrication;
-fluid end is made of stainless chromium steel or corrosion resistant chrome nickel nolibdenium steel 12H18N12MZTL;
-housing is manufactured of cast iron SCh-20, steel 25, corrosion resistant steel 12H17N2;
-highly efficient fluid end that allows to reduce blade vibration and increase pump efficiency 4-6% (proven by field tests carried out by customers – oil companies);
- replaceable fluid end parts with extended working space ensure pump flow of 45 - 240 cubic meters per hour;
-groove seals made of wear resistant materials;
-hydrocyclones are used to clean pumped fluids, which guarantees excellent performance within the pump service life;
- Hydraulic Machines and Systems Company and service company CJSC “Nizhnevartovskremservis” provide service maintenance, overhaul and modernization.

Submersible centrifugal pumps ECPK manufactured by JSC “Livgidromash”:
-pumps for water injection into formation do not require continuous presence of maintenance personnel, great capital expenditures, pumps are simple to install and operate;
-CJSC “Gidromashservis” provides technical documentation for the supplied products, service maintenance and repair.

Submersible three phase asynchronous squirrel-cage electric motors with unit and sectional design:
-bearings with holding and damping devices allow to reduce vibration in the motor;
-sliding thrust bearings have spherical pad, which allows the bearing to self-adjust most effectively;
-radial and thrust bearings are made of metal-fluoroplastic-coated materials for long service life and safe operation;
-magnetic oil filter system is used to make the lower housing design simpler and facilitate maintenance and overhaul;
-protective shaft bushings are installed in sliding radial bearing areas to minimize wear of the shaft surface;
-the motors have greater starting torque for faster start of the pumping unit;
-the bearings are made of non-magnetic material and have holding and dampening devices to reduce vibration;
-stator winding is made by vacuum method with the use of high-temperature lacquer to improve motor heat resistance.
-both standard and hear-resistant motors are manufactured;
-electric motors are provided with three-chamber seal section;
-temperature indicator allows to track temperature changes during pump operation;
-the electric motors are equipped with telemetry system “Elektron-TMS” to record and transfer pump operation data to peripheral devices.

NMSh gear-type pumps feature excellent safety, efficiency, small weight and size.
