CJSC “Gidromashservis” is a unified trade company of Investment and Industrial Group “ “Hydraulic Machines and Systems”.
“Hydraulic Machines and Systems” traditionally specializes in supplies of pumps and power equipment to large manufacturing enterprises and holding companies whose needs often go beyond the range of products offered by other companies of the Group (electric motors, compressors, valves and fittings, etc.).
“Hydraulic Machines and Systems” is a dynamic and rapidly developing machinebuilding holding company with Russia and CIS’ strongest capabilities in designing and manufacturing of pumps and oilfield equipment, power units and sophisticated hydraulic systems for energy industry, pipeline transportation, water management, housing and utilities.
The Group commenced its operation in 1993 when the pump equipment supplier, CJSC “Gidromashservis” was set up. In the nineties, the company succeeded in establishing an efficient system of pumps supply from Moldova, Ukraine and Byelorussia, working as a single source of all types of pumping and power equipment and aftersale service.
By the late nineties, when the competition between Russian and CIS pump equipment manufacturers was escalating and foreign companies began expanding their operation in the local market, the company decided to set up a machinebuilding holding company on the basis of Russian and CIS enterprises manufacturing pumping equipment. Establishment of the holding company allowed to consolidate expertise of various design schools, facilitate investments in core businesses and create a sales network.
Finally, the company consolidated a number of assets that form the basis of the Group and operate under the supervision of the Management Company “Hydraulic Machines and Systems”. The Group currently includes the following companies:

In 1999, CJSC “Gidromashservis” was officially accredited by the UN as industry equipment supplier for the UN programs. The equipment was supplied, in particular, to Iraq under the UN program “Oil for Food”.

JSC “Sumskoy Plant “Nasosenergomash”
JSC “Sumskoy Plant “Nasosenergomash” has in place ISO 9001 quality management system accredited by the International bureau “VERITAS”. The company’s testing division has the right to perform certification tests of nuclear power station pumping equipment via the certification system of Ukraine and Russia.
Pumping units manufactured by JSC “Sumskoy Plant “Nasosenergomash” are installed in all trunk oil pipelines in CIS. The equipment complies with RF standards and is certified by NASTHAL Center of RF Standardization, Metrology and Certification Committee (Gosstandard). The company has a permit to use all pumping units provided by the Federal Committee for Mining and Industrial Supervision.

JSC “Livgidromash”
Since 2001, the company has a certified quality management system that complies with ISO 9000 standards.
The quality system of JSC “Livgidromash” was certified via “Military Register” system, and has certificate of conformity to GOST R ISO 9001:96 issued on 1 March 2002.
In 2002-2003, the company switched to the new version MS ISO 9001:2000, and in May 2003 the quality management system was recertified to ISO 9001:2000, GOST R 9001:2001 and SRPP VT.
Early in 2005 the company started working on the integrated management system. The goal was to integrate new systems – environmental management system, social responsibility system and health and safety system - into the existing quality management system. The final phase of the work included the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and GOST RV 15.002 certification audit that was held on 7-9 June 2006 and resulted in the issue of the required conformity certificates.
As the Association of Certification “Russian Register” is a member of International Qualification Network IQNet (international certification network comprising quality management certification systems of 32 countries of the world), the ISO 9001:2000 conformity certificate received by JSC “Livgidromash” is internationally recognized.
There are ongoing efforts to improve the quality management system that was declared conforming to the international standards MS ISO 9001:2000 and GOST RV after the inspection audit of 5-7 June 2007.

JSC “NEFTEMASH”
The JSC “NEFTEMASH” quality management system for packaged oilfield drilling, exploration and power equipment was certified to ISО 9001-2001 standard and declared complying with international standards by the RF Standardization, Metrology and Certification Committee.
The company is now planning to become a Transneft supplier. For this purpose, JSC “Neftemash” held a qualification audit in 2006 and received Second level certificate № 2195/2 via Transsert facultative certification system.

JSC “Bavlensky Plant “Elektrodvigatel”

JSC “Livnynasos”
In 1995, the company received the Leader of Russian Economy status. CJSC “Nizhnevartovskremservis”
CJSC “Nizhnevartovskremservis” was set up in March 1998 on the basis of JSC “Nizhnevartovskneftegaz” (drilling equipment repair center).
The plant has all required licenses to perform safety inspections, to repair measuring equipment and to build structures and facilities of criticality rating I and II, and certificates of compliance for the manufactured oilfield equipment.

JSC “LIVNYNASOS”
JSC “Livnensky Plant of Submersible Pumps” (“Livnynasos”) is a successor in interest of JSC “Electron” established in 1992 on the basis of computer graphics plant. In mid-2005 the plant started manufacturing 126 standard sizes of ECV 4; 5; 6; 8; 10; 12 pumps for milk, wine, spirits; gas stations petrol. The pumps are certified by RF Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification. By August 1, 2005, the plant had manufactured more than 360 thousand various pumping equipment.

Founded in 1965, JSC “Neftemash” is the largest oil and gas equipment manufacturer in West Siberia.
JSC “Neftemash” manufactures more than 50 types of packaged equipment, including cluster pumping stations and formation pressure maintenance equipment, automated group metering stations to measure well flow rate, hydraulic control stations for submersible pumps, oil pumping stations, associated gas treatment equipment, water treatment equipment, control rooms, etc. .

Founded in 1968, JSC “Tomskgazstroy” specializes in construction of trunk and field gas and oil pipelines. The company has an extensive experience in construction of well site faciligies, transport infrastructure and civil engineering.
