Wedge gate valves with rising stem.
• Seal face of the gate seat and the gate stem are made of stainless steel to ensure a service life of no less than 11 years and time between failures of 550 cycles for the gate.
• Flexible wedge gate valve design allows to compensate for change in geometrics due to wedge deformation.
• To suit the needs of the customers, the valves may be provided with various types of stuffing boxes.
• Double disc gate valves provide the following benefits:
1. high leakproofness regardless of loads and thermal deformations;
2. self-adjusting wedge helps reduce specific pressure on the sealing surface thus increasing its service life;
3. low effort operation;
4. bleed hole allows to bleed off gas condensate accumulating inside the valve body thus preventing valve freeze-up and failure under low temperatures.
• Gate valves may be provided with electric drives manufactured by various companies; electric drives are adjusted to suit individual needs of customers.
Wellhead equipment:
• Variety of armature patterns (more than 200), customization.
• Three types of shutting-off devices: tapered valves, ball valves, parallel-slide gate valve.
• Valves are designed to operate in temperate and cold zones and corrosive environments.
