    Company history and overview of business

    The company was founded in 1746 for copper melting and iron making (steel, flat products, etc.). In 1942, the plant expanded its product line (mines) with products for oil and gas industry (valves, pump rods, tongs, hot oil pumps, etc.). Over the past 60 years, the plant has been focused on manufacturing pipeline fittings and oilfield equipment. The oilfield equipment and components are designed for flow production and artificial lift, as well as water injection. Equipment design accommodates all operational performance requirements. Equipment may be tailored to suit the customers’ individual needs, any operational environment and configuration. In 2004, the company merged with Zapadno-Uralsky Machine Building Concern (ZUMK). The company management team and employees are working together to increase production, reduce production cost and broaden product range.
