There are annual meetings of customers, operators and design institutes to discuss quality issues and submit improvement proposals.
Warranty period is 1,5-2 years for different products. Company specialists provide advice on product operation and perform equipment checkup. In case of trouble, company specialists make troubleshooting visits.
