11. Company history and overview of business
Initially, the company was engaged in spare parts supplies and was named “LLC”YarTrakt”. In 1994, it was renamed into LLC “YarKamp”, and in 2002 it became an authorized dealer of LLC “Russian Buses”, in 2004 it became an authorized dealer of AMO “ZIL, and in 2006 – dealer of “HendeKomTransRus”. Today, the company comprises LLC “Transport Leasing Company” (bus supplier), LLC Yaroslavskaya Transportation Company (transportation of passengers), CJSC “Trading House Yaroslavlavtotrans” (supply of spares and components for all manufactured equipment). In 2006, CJSC “Trading House Yaroslavlavtotrans” was second largest supplier of spare parts. LLC “YarKamp” was recognized the largest supplier of buses in 2004 and 2006. 12.
