11. Company history and overview of business
The company was founded in 1993. As a result of restructuring that occurred in 2001, it was divided into the following legal entities:
LLC “Adamantan” - clothing and footwear (Egorievsk),
LLC “GOF “Trud-Stetskevich-Adamantan” - footwear (Gomel),
LLC “Furniture Factory-Egorievsk” – furniture (Egorievsk).
The company manufactures protective workwear, protective and military footwear. All products are certified. The main customers include OJSC “Sibur-Holding”, OJSC “Volzhsky Pipe Plant” (Volzhsky), OJSC “Stoilensky GOK” (Stary Oskol), OJSC “Magnitogorsky Metallurgical Plant” (Magnitogorsk), OJSC “Lukoil”, OJSC “Gazprom”,etc.
12. Production equipment and facilities. Grounds for possession: ownership, leasehold, etc.
The sewing factory’s monthly output is about 10000 product items, with special focus on high tech winter workwear made in particular to standards of OJSC “Gazprom”.
The footwear factory in Gomel manufactures 20000 pairs of polyurethane-soled shoes per month, and the factory in Egorievsk makes 30000 pairs monthly.
The Egorievsk-based factories (clothing, footwear and furniture) are 100% owned by the company.
LLC “Adamantan” holds a 28% stake in the footwear factory locatged in Gomel, while 46% belong to the state.
