    Customer feedback process and after-sales service

    Warranty period is 18 months from commissioning but not more than 24 months from the buyer’s receipt of equipment. OJSC is obliged to remove defects found during the warranty period if they are not due to violation by the buyer of operation and storage rules. Time for elimination of defects should not exceed three months form receipt of a defect report.
