11. Company history and overview of business
Founded in 1951, “Salavatneftemash” is one of Russia’s leading manufacturers of oil and gas refinery equipment. The company owns shop floor space of approximately 100 thsnd. m² that is used to manufacture the following products:
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers and tube bandles;
Steam-water and water-water heaters;
Storage tanks of 1 through 200 m³, pressure of up to 16 MPa, wall thickness of up to 100 mm;
Rectifying columns;
Receivers Ø up to 3000 mm, pressure up to 6,3 MPa;
Oil and gas separators, gas;
Tanks for liquefied propane and butane of up to 200 m³;
Tanks for underground storage of liquefied propane of up to 25 m³, pressure of 1,6 MPa;
Underground drain vessels of up to 63 m³, pressure not exceeding 0,07 MPa;
Dust collectors for main gas pipelines for pressure of up to 10 MPa;
Pig launchers with diameter of 80 through 1400 mm, pressure up to 10 MPa;
End gates;
Strainers for oil pipelines;
Modular equipment for oil setting and oil and gas separation;
Lens compensators and expansion bellows;
Liquid gauze filter;
Air tanks;
Flare units
