11. Company history and overview of business
OJSC “Trubmash” was founded in 1994 to supply rolled metal products to the Russian energy equipment market.
2005-2006 OJSC “Trubmash” drastically changed its business strategy to developing direct cooperation with wholesale and territorial generating companies which were established at that time (RAO “UES”).
2007 The company first supplied its products to the petrochemical industry.
2008 OJSC “Trubmash” actively worked with oil and gas industry companies and started to cooperate with the concern “Energoatom”. The company started its production operations and entered the energy equipment market.
2009 OJSC “Trubmash” worked within the Group of Companies “Trubmash” that comprised energy equipment manufacturing plant, LLC “Trubmash-Energoservis”, and export/import supplies operator, LLC “Trubmashexport”.
In March 2010, shareholders of OJSC “Trubmash” and OJSC “Sibenergomash” made a decision to create a group of companies “NOVAEM”. This was done to enhance business efficiency of OJSC “Trubmash”, LLC “Trubmashexport” and OJSC “Sibenergomash”, improve company management, optimize their business costs and create a synergy effect for companies operating in the same spheres of the energy sector.
Currently, regular customers of OJSC “Trubmash” are many Russian heat and electricity generating companies, manufacturing plants and petrochemical industry.
The company’s successful development is based on the management’s perfect understanding of the metallurgy, oil, equipment manufacturing and energy markets and trends, team spirit and desire to contribute to Russia’s future.

The company supplies a wide range of tubular goods, which are used in heat and electricity generating indusstry, petroleum and chemical industry, energy equipment and construction industry.
The manufacturing division of GK “NOVAEM”, OJSC “Sibenergomash” (Barnaul), manufactures boiler equipment and performs turnkey projects from designing to manufacturing and supplying of equipment to customers.
The Company has clear-cut logistics schemes for supplies of tubular goods, boiler equipment to all regions of the Russian Federation and therefore is able to offer various supply terms.
