7. Customer feedback process and after-sales service
Upon expiration of the warranty period, users can fill in and send a special form to OJSC “Volgogradneftemash” saying whether they are satisfied with equipment performance.
The warranty periods for the products are as follows:
-Pumps – 12 months.
-Oil and gas refinery equipment, fittings– 18 months from commencement of operation, storage time should not exceed 24 months frome the date of shipment.
Should a failure occur during the warranty period, specialists of OJSC visit equipment users to provide troubleshooting service.
