•All equipment supplied by OJSC “MPZ” are contained in warm and comfortable bodies made of five-layer panels SUPERTERM™.
The body can contain 1, 2, 3 sections separated by thermal insulator partitions. The interior layout and configuration of finished products is tailored to suit the customers’ needs.
All products are furnished with internal and external lighting, intercom systems, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, power supply and household equipment.
Multiple glass units made of hardened automobile glass, and special adhesive-bonded joints of components and parts of the bodies are water and dust resistant.
To save space in the bodies, customized sleeping berths, lockers and storage stands of different configuration are installed.
All bodies are equipped with extending ladders, and if required – with external drawers for tools, equipment and materials that should not be stored near the living compartment.
Molded boards or color plastic can be used for interior wall lining. The floor of the body is covered with linoleum or metal sheets.
•Self-propelled logging truck hoists MPZ-PKS (3,5; 5; 7) for pulling and running operations during geophysical surveys, downhole work, perforation, swabbing using load-bearing logging cable d=5,6 – 12,3 mm, working depth of 500 - 7000 meters. Advantages of logging truck hoists MPZ-PKS:

•Self-propelled heavy logging truck hoist MPZ-PKS-SWAB is designed to perform pulling and running operations during swabbing in marginal wells and after hydrofrac. The reinforced design of MPZ-PKS-SWAB ensures safe cable operation under load:
Extra safety margin during intensive operation.
Reinforced metal carrying frame, support elements, two bearing assemblies.
Maximum speed pulling force up to 5000 kg
Constant cable speed during logging and swabbing operations.
Flow tests can be performed during swabbing if autonomous recording equipment is used.
•Perforation station laboratory MPZ-LPS in isothermal body made of five layer panels SUPERTERMTM is intended for all-road transportation of personnel, perforation equipment bodies and perforation equipment without initiating devices and explosive materials from warehouse to work area. MPZ-LPS allows to transport perforation pipes up to 6 meters long. MPZ-LPS can be used in work areas as perforation equipment charging shop and a short-term storage of explosive materials.
•Flow test and well workover laboratory (station) MPZ-SGI contained in isothermal body made of five-layer panels SUPERTERM™ is intended for:

Pulling and running of autonomous tools and equipment on wire line (d=1,8 – 2,5mm), cable and thin cable under ambient temperature of -400°Ñ to +400°Ñ.
Control of energy state of main facilities.
MPZ-SGI is an effective solution to extend well life and increase oil and gas production during the operation period, to reduce costs associated with non-commercial well operation.
MPZ-SGI is mounted on different chassis (KamAZ-43114, KamAZ-43118, URAL-4320, URAL-43203, GAZ-33081, GAZ-34039 (rough-country vehicle), external load sling systems and skids.
The body made of five-layer panels SUPERTERM is divided by a partition into two sections (hoist and operator sections). As may be required by the customer, cable, downhole tools, wellhead equipment, spare drums and operator’s cabin layout design can be provided.

Designing and manufacturing is performed on the basis of a certificate issued by the Federal Service for Technical Supervision (¹RRS 00-14116) and the Standard of the Euro-Asian Geophysical Society (ST EAGO-037-02).
