Ball valves DN 200 and more for environment temperature of more than +100°Ñ.
All ball valves have Class A pressure integrity as per GOST 9544, comply with fire safety standards API RP6F. The ball valve design complies with API 6D.
The service life of the ball valves is 30 years.
The ball valves are intended for above ground, underground and underwater installation. When installed underground, the valve depth depends on specifications requirements. Underground installation does not require “pits”.
The company manufactures welded-end and flanged ball valves (flange type depends on specifications requirements).
Ball valves are complete with any type of actuator according to specifications requirements.
Each ball valve undergoes non-destructive tests, factory tests of tightness and strength.
The all-welded design of ball valves prevents leakage. The ball valves are manufactured of forged steel only. The valves have rotating seats for longer service life. All ball valves have double block and bleed system for integrity control. All valves use automatic discharge into the pipeline and not into the environment. Valve design includes only polymer seals, which allows to use the valves in environments containing methanol and water.
All ball valves are custom-made, based on the customer’s specifications.
