    Company history and overview of business

    In 2002, LLC “Tatneftindustria” and OJSC “Tatneft” jointly established the joint venture LLC NPP “Glass-Reinforced Pipe Plant”.
    In 2002, after pilot tests the company started commercial production of glass-reinforced tubing for injection wells of OJSC “Tatneft”.
    LLC NPP “ZCT” is an advanced company manufacturing glass-reinforced pipes according to international standards ISO and API. The company uses the high-tech line EN-TECH (USA) to manufacture its products.
    THE COMPANY OFFERS
    Glass-reinforced plastic pipes:
    - tubing;
    - casing;
    - line pipes and shaped castings;
    The company focuses on manufacturing of glass-reinforced high-pressure pipes and is Russia’s only manufacturer of glass-reinforced plastic tubing run to a depth of up to 4000 meters, intended for pressure of up to 270 atm.
    The company’s equipment is successfully operated by OJSC “Tatneft”, OJSC “Rosneft”, OJSC “Russneft” and oil companies in CIS countries.
    LLC NPP “ZCT” supplies auxiliary equipment, provides personnel training, installation supervision.

    Process line EN-TECH (USA) for manufacturing of high-pressure glass-reinforced plastic tubing, casing and line pipes (ownership).
    Production floor space - 1000 cubic meters (leasing).

    Certified quality and HSE management systems (certification date and certification body)

    The company is at the final stage of the quality management system certification to API Q1, edition 7 and ISO/TS 29001, and obtaining the license to apply the API Monogram to products meeting specifications API 15HR and 15LR. The required documentation was developed and introduced beginning June 2007. Pilot tests of the system started in July 2007. All required documents have been submitted to API for consideration (American Petroleum Institute) (letter of commitment is attached).
