11. Company history and overview of business
CJSC “KVS International” was set up in February 2005. The only founder and shareholder (100%-owner) is Calfrac Well Services Ltd. that is the leader in the global market of hydrofrac, bottomhole cleaning and coiled tubing services. Calfrac Well Services Ltd. has 27 hydrofrac equipment fleets, 16 coiled tubing equipment systems including nitrogen systems, and 15 cementing equipment systems.
CJSC "KVS International” performs all operations using advanced technologies and in compliance with production and technology standards of Calfrac Well Services Ltd. As a result, CJSC “KVS International” provides services to well known oil companies such as OSJC “GAZPROMNEFT” and OJSC “NK “ROSNEFT”.
12. Production equipment and facilities. Grounds for possession: ownership, leasehold, etc.
CJSC “KVS International” has all required equipment to perform nitrogen treatment, three hydrofrac fleets, five coiled tubing equipment systems. These are company-owned packaged equipment systems that have auxiliary equipment, machinery and road vehicles. The company’s extensive equipment fleet including a mobile unit for liquid nitrogen production and road vehicles enables to provide a full range of services to oil and gas producing companies on remote and standalone fields.
The company operates new process equipment, vehicles and tools that were all manufactured in 2005-2007 by leading U.S., Canadian and German manufacturers.
The company’s main production facilities are located in two production sites in Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District) and Khanty-Mansiysk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District).

Certificate ¹00010Ya from 22.08.2005, issued by Fund of Safety and Environmental Emergency Prevention in West Siberia, the certificate is valid till 21.08.2008.
