LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering” is the managing company for a group of companies specializing on gas field construction projects and turn-key gas refinery projects.
The history of LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering” started from establishment of LLC “CKBN Engineering” (former name of LLC “UK ‘RusGazEngineering”) in 2003 when in was part of OJSC “CKBN” of OJSC “Gazprom”. In 2006, LLC “CKBN Engineering” separated from OJSC “CKBN” of OJSC “Gazprom”, changed its name to LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering” and is now a 100% independent legal entity.
Today, the group of companies LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering” comprises:
•LLC “Management Company “RusGazEngineering”, Podolsk – project management;
•CJSC “CKB NGP” (Central Design Bureau of Oil Industry), Podolsk – development of technologies and process equipment for oil and gas industry;
•LLC “RusGazProekt”, Moscow – designing of oil and gas facilities;
•LLC “RusGazAvtomatika”, Moscow – development and supply of automatic control systems.
RusGazEngineering Group employs more than 500 highly qualified specialists. Some employees are science PhDs, they have certificates and win various awards.

LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering”:
The company comprises the following divisions:
•Project management department (turnkey project planning, organizing, control and administration).
•Manufacturing and technology department (supervision of manufacturing process and equipment supply).
•Procurement department (marketing and supply of shutoff and control valves and instrumentation).
•Logistics department (transportation of equipment, valves and instrumentation to construction sites).
•Facility construction department that comprises construction management office, electrotechncial shop, technical supervision office and startup and commissioning office.
•Research and development bureau (process optimization and innovations).
The company’s focus areas are:
•gas processing, gas chemistry, gas condensate field construction project management;
•manufacturing of custom equipment, equipment supply to construction sites;
•procurement of shutoff and control valves, instrumentation, safety valves and pumping equipment;

CJSC “CKB NGP”:
The company is located in Podolsk, it has a technology department, dedicated design offices, instrumentation department, quality control team, etc. The company’s employs 68 people. CJSC “CKB NGP” provides a full range of custom equipment design services.
The company’s focus areas include:
•development of technical solutions (selection of optimum technologies, development of heat and mass balance, process flow schemes, design procedures, etc.);
•strength analysis;
•detailed design;
•designer supervision.

LLC “RusGazProekt”:
The company is headquartered in Podolsk and has 2 autonomous regional divisions in Stavropol and Tyumen. The headcount is 240 employees, including 218 engineering and technical specialists.
The regional divisions have a standard organizational structure and focus on the following areas of business:
•feasibility studies;
•engineering surveys;
•facility design (acting as chief designer) at the stages “Project” and “Engineering documentation”;
•designer’s field supervision;
•field engineering (as may be requested).

LLC “RusGazAvtomatika’”:
The company is located in Moscow and employs 48 people. LLC “RusGazAvtomatika” provides the following services:
•designing of automated control systems and information management systems;
•procurement, production of software and hardware solutions;
•startup and commissioning of automated control systems and information management systems.
All the above services are provided as a package or separately.
Over the time of operation, the company has completed 23 major construction projects.

The group of companies managed by LLC “UK “RusGazEngineering” has a quality management system in place that complies with international standard ISO 9001:2000&ISO14001:2004.
On 24-28 December, 2007, the group of companies was certified to ISO 9001:2000&ISO14001:2004&ОНSAS18001:1999 by BUREAU VERITAS Certification – Russia. The certification audit of the quality management system was successful, and the group of companies was recommended for certification. The certification audit report has now been submitted for approval to BUREAU VERITAS Certification (Holding) SA. The certificate that is to be issued by BUREAU VERITAS Certification will cover the following: Integrated design, engineering, research and development; acting as prime contractor, chief designer, property developer, contractor, subcontractor, provider of engineer’s and designer’s supervision of facility construction in the oil and gas industry, renovation and/or reequipment, HSE audits, modernization and repair of process equipment, units, facilities for production, processing and transportation of oil, gas and gas condensate, automated control systems; construction of buildings and facilities with criticality rating I and II.
