    Company history and overview of business

    LLC “Smith Siberian Services” has long been engaged in provision of drill bit support services.
    Established in 2004, Limited Liability Company “Smith Siberian Services” was a member of Smith Eurasia group of companies that had been in the oilfield services since 1993. In 2005, LLC “Smith Siberian Services” merged with Integra Group of Companies, an oilfield services provider that is well-known in Russia and CIS and has successful business relations with many large oil and gas companies and joint ventures. The company’s client list includes more than 95 companies, including OJSC “Rosneft”, OJSC “Lukoil”, TNK-BP, Gazprom (LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”, LLC “Gazpromneft-Vostok”, LLC “Gazflot”), OJSC “NGK “Slavneft”, LLC “Tatneft-Burenie”, OJSC “Vostochnaya Transnatsionalnaya Kompania”, CJSC “Siberian Service Company” (all branches and subsidiaries), etc.

    The company owns drill bits manufactured by OJSC ‘Volgoburmash”, Smith International Inc., downhole telemetry systems and associated equipment by General Electric, hydraulic downhole motors manufactured by the Perm branch of VNIIBT.
    The company leases hydraulic downhole motors by VNIIBT Perm branch, and jars by Smith International Inc.
