11. Company history and overview of business
LLC “ServisTEK” provides professional drilling mud support services for drilling of various well types.
The services include:
•delivery of superior quality chemicals produced by Lamberti S.p.A., Kemira;
•development of mud control programs using the most advanced resources;
•provision of information to the customer’s office on a daily basis;
•mud parameters control;
•chemical flow and cost control on a daily basis, provision of reports;
•daily testing of mud parameters while drilling;
•preparation of final reports containing recommendations for further efficiency improvement;
•the company’s engineers are provided with portable laboratory equipment, expendables and spares required and sufficient for analysis, as per the American Petroleum Institute;
•the personnel is provided with personal protective equipment, protective clothes and footwear;
•constant two-way telephone communication;
•assistance in provision of solids control equipment and its installation.

The company’s engineers have extensive experience of using both domestic and foreign-made solids control equipment. To control drilling mud parameters they use OFITE tools that comply with international and API standards.
