The supplied cleaning pigs allow the customer to perform all cleaning operations in the pipelines, including:
•blowing
•calibrating;
•hydrotesting, displacement of water, removal of water residue, drying with foamed rubber pigs;
•displacement of oil, products, separation of fluids, product acceptance;
•cleaning of active pipelines.
Various types of cleaning pigs are made to suit different pipeline designs and ensure efficient operation, high quality, time and cost reduction.
If required, custom cleaning pigs can be manufactured for special pipeline portions and special type of cleaning operations.
The company currently manufactured a full range of equipment for various cleaning operations for all millimeter pipeline diameters from 159 mm to 1420 mm and some inch diameters:
•polyurethane disc, cup-type and disc-cup pigs Semigor®-D /M / MD;
•polyurethane single piece cleaning pigs Semigor®-hDuM;
•foamed rubber pigs Semigor®-LP / L / LM;
•steel cleaning pigs Semigor®-OP.
Depending on the purpose, the cleaning pigs can be equipped with brush discs, calibration discs, and a seat for a signal device.
The cleaning pigs can be provided with spare cleaning parts and gages:
•polyurethane discs and cups;
•brush discs;
•gages.

Permit ¹RRS 00-24584 from 11.05.2007 to use cleaning pigs Semigor in the oil and gas industry, validity period is 11.05.2007 - 11.05.2010, issued by the Federal Service for Industrial and Mining Supervision.
Certificate of compliance (GOST R) ¹¹ ROSS RU.AYa36.N1434, ROSS RU.AYa36.N21435, ROSS RU.AYa36.N21436 from 05.04.2007 for cleaning pigs Semigor, validity period is 05.04.2007 - 05.04.2010, issued by LLC “Bashkirsky Center for Certification and Expertise”.

7. Customer feedback process and after-sales service
At the early stage of the negotiations process managers of the marketing department accept the order, find out the purpose of the cleaning operations and parameters of the pipeline portion to be cleaned. In case customers have difficulty choosing the products they are asked to provide more information with the help of a questionnaire.
Later, the company’s technical specialist and the customer agree on the type and number of products based on the customer’s goals. Then, the marketing department consults with the production manager about production time, and the order is approved by the commercial director. Delivery cost, time and type are agreed upon at the same time.
The company supplies products that ideally suit the customer’s needs.
One of the customer feedback elements is a questionnaire that is used to find out if the customer is satisfied.
In case of equipment failure during the warranty period the manufacturer replaces or repairs the products at the customer’s site.
If required, the company’s specialists provide free consulting services concerning operation of the equipment. The company can also supply spare parts of the cleaning pigs.
