    Company history and overview of business

    The Ministry of Oil and Gas Enterprises Construction of the USSR issued an order to establish a branch of the All-Union Research Institute for Construction of Trunk Pipelines (VNIIST), and in April 1998 the East branch of the institute was built in the Far East.
    The reorganization early in XXI century resulted in establishment of a holding comprised of independent companies such as LLC “NPF “RUMIKS”, LLC “INPP “Vostok-Servis” each focused on its core business. The central company of the holding is “Center for Pipeline Cleaning and Diagnostics “Semigorie”.
    State of the art technologies ensure the high quality of the company’s products. The company checks the quality of supplied materials and components, and performs quality control all production operations and 100% of finished products. Employees involved in these activities is highly qualified and have required certificates and diplomas.
    A wide range of cleaning pigs for various types of cleaning work, high quality of products that have all permits and certificates, short manufacturing time, experience of cleaning pig supply to large projects – all these advantages contribute to competitiveness of the companies products.
