    One of the most important advantages of the substations supplied by OJSC “Alttrans” is that they are fully packaged. Packaged transformer substations supplied to customers are 100% ready for operation in cable-to-cable mode and 90% ready for operation in air-to-cable and air-to-air mode. This enables the customer to get the substation working within 2 hours, without wasting time on assembly and packaging.

    Customer feedback process and after-sales service

    OJSC “ALTTRANS” guarantees smooth and undisturbed operation of all supplied equipment during 12 months, the company’s technical support service is ready to provide advice to customers regarding installation and operation of the equipment. The warranty means that in case of equipment failure the company’s technical specialists will visit the customer to provide fault repair. In case fault repair is impossible OJSC “ALTTRANS” guarantees equipment replacement within the shortest possible time.
