The company’s serial production hydraulic crawler excavators include the following EK-series models:
•EK-240-06 (23 tons, engine Deutz (Germany) 172 h.p., tracks 600 mm, bucket 1,05 m³).
•EK-240LC-06 (24 tons, engine Deutz (Germany) 172 h.p., tracks 600 mm, bucket 1,2 m³).
•EK-270LC-05 (28 tons, engine YaMZ-236M2 180 h.p., tracks 600 mm, bucket 1,25 m³).
•EK-330-06 (32 tons, engine Deutz (Germany) 250 h.p., tracks 600 mm, bucket 1,5 m³).
•EK-400-05 (42 tons, engine YaMZ 238B 300 h.p. or CUMMINS (USA) 340 h.p., tracks 700 mm, bucket 1,9 m³).

These are all Arctic excavators intended for operation under –400Ñ through +400Ñ.
Excavators are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards, using components supplied by the best European firms, such as Bosch Rexroth (Germany), Hydrauto (Sweden), Trasmital Bonfiglioli (Italy), Italtractor (Italy), Berco (Italy), Manuli (Italy), etc.

7. Customer feedback process and after-sales service
The warranty for KRANEKS excavators is 12 (twelve) months from delivery or 2000 (two thousand) machine hours (warranty for engine YaMZ is 1500 machine hours) according to the meter indication, whichever comes first.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, the company offers service maintenance contracts.
During the warranty period, the company provides the following services free of charge:
•startup and commissioning (free of charge visit of specialists to the customer’s site);
•personnel training in the territory of the plant in the field;
•regular maintenance and additional consultations regarding equipment operation diring the warranty period (no less than 3 (three) free of charge field visits).
Frequency of maintenance:
•Every 50 (fifty) machine hours technical maintenance is performed by the customer (or by an authorized representative of OJSC “MK KRANEKS”, at the customer’s request) and includes oil replacement in the engine and swing gear, inspection and checkup of mounting of the main components of the excavator.
•Every 250 (two hundred and fifty) machine hours technical maintenance TM-1 is performed by the customer (or by an authorized representative of OJSC “MK KRANEKS”, at the customer’s request) and includes replacement of oil in the engine, inspection and checkup of mounting of the main components of the excavator.
• Every 500 (five hundred) machine hours during the warranty period technical maintenance TM-2 is performed by authorized representatives of OJSC “MK KRANEKS”, and then by the customer.
It includes TM-1 and replacement of fluid in the hydraulic system (the first 500 machine hours, then every 2000 machine hours), checkup of mounting of the main components of the excavator (counterbalance, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve, ventilating blower, travel and swing mechanisms, etc.), excavator lubrication as per the lubrication chart, checkup of safety hydraulic valves (and adjustment, if required), checkup of pressure in the hydraulic system.
